Free Shipping: Spend £30 or more and we’ll ship your order for free.

Delivery Times: Most items arrive within 3-5 working days. Custom or club-specific products may take a little longer.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every item from your club shop. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or offer a full refund - no hassle.

Custom Items: as our products come with personalized and/ or club-specific designs, they are not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
